October Scenes

Last week we took an overnight trip to the Olympic Peninsula.  We went as far as Forks, WA. The weather was cloudy and rainy most of the time, but we had a morning of filtered sunshine which allowed for a few good reference photos.  "By the Side of the Road - Study" features some of the trees which look so lovely when the sun rays hit their fall foliage.  This is 5 x 7 inches, pastel on PastelMat paper.
