Group Show Opening Nov 3 at WPW Gallery, Columbia Center, Seattle

I will be a participant in a show entitled "Waters Alive!" at the Columbia Center in Seattle which will run from Nov 3, 2008 through Jan 30, 2009. The show brings together several agencies involved in promoting healthy urban waterways in the Puget Sound region.



There will be an artists reception open to the public on Nov 12 from 2 to 4 pm, 3rd floor of the Columbia Center Bldg at 5th and Columbia in Seattle. Please join us to see artwork created by 30 members of the Women Painters of Washington. One of my pieces is shown here--a multimedia collage using colored pencil, paper cut, and watercolored rice paper. More details about the show are at the womenpainters.com website.

Update on the West Coast Paper Show at Kirsten Gallery

To my surprise and delight one of my paintings in the West Coast Paper Show at the Kirsten was awarded an Honorable Mention--"Still Life or Landscape" -- see image in previous post.
